- Where are you located?
- 40 minutes West of Victoria on HW 14 (Sooke Rd).
- What are the tour times?
- We run tours throughout the day, call for availability.
- Do you provide transportation?
- Yes, on select tours, please call for availability.
- How long are the zip line tours?
- Average 2hrs depending on group size.
- How do you stop on the zip line?
- A re-directed brake system controlled by the guides.
- Are there age restrictions?
- Yes - minimum age is 5 years. Children under 12 years need to be accompanied by a guardian 15 years old, or older.
- What are the weight restrictions?
- Minimum of 40lbs/18kgs and maximum of 275bs/125kgs. Children under 60lbs/27kgs will be required to Zip Tandem with a guide.
- Do I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes. Guests under the age of 19 will need a guardians signature on their waivers.
- What is the cost?
- $75(18 +) and $65 (5yrs-17yrs) Transportation is an extra $10.00.
- Do I need to make a reservation?
- Strongly recommended.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We have a 24hr cancellation policy. For groups of ten or more there is a 7 day cancellation policy. See Cancellations.
- Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
- YES.
- Are tours cancelled when raining?
- NO. Rain ponchos are available.
- Do you have a trainer zip line?
- YES. Essentially the Trainer Zipline is like the bunny hill, it gives guests an opportunity to learn about zipping before heading onto the course.
- Can I try it out before committing?
- No (except in special cases such as physical disability).
- Can I bring my camera?
- YES.
- Do you provide storage?
- YES we have lockers free of charge.
- Can I go if I am pregnant?
- Not recommended (consult with your doctor).
- What should I wear?
- Clothing you are comfortable in. Athletic close toed shoes.
- Is it safe?
- YES.
- Are you certified?
- YES, we are certified under the BC Safety Authority as an elevating device contractor.
- What is the highest point?
- 150 ft.
- How far will I zip?
- Over 3200 ft.
- Is there much walking?
- Minimal
- At what speed will I be traveling?
- Maximum of 60 km/hr.
- What are the health, safety and physical requirements?
- Those with heart conditions or high blood pressure should consult a physician, not recommended for those who have a fear of heights, experience dizziness, seizures, or any other physical impairments, customers should be prepared for light physical exertion-negotiating stairs and some walking.
